BSF possesses strong BIM capability with a dedicated inhouse design team which can undertake projects to LOD500 standard for clients. BIM is at the heart of the company’s ethos and drives all processes within the business from tender inquiry through to handover and sign off. This integrated and digital technology driven approach allows us to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery for all of our clients and particularly so on design and build contracts.
